We got some well needed rain last night’ We still need some more to turn the grass back to green.

Last night was Luke Johnson & Band. They play good music but I think it is more suited for wineries etc than the Pub. At one point we had a total of 8 folks there.
This coming Saturday will be Joy Ride. We will have a blast.

This Thursday is the 4th of July. A lot of people will take off on Friday and make a long 4 day weekend. That brings us to Crabs. I will start ordering tomorrow. I couldnt get any more today because of the winds yesterday. If you are planning on Crabs at the Pub or for Home please order them today and tomorrow so I can make sure I have enough.

The fact that the County has not issued a permit so that we can finish the inside has been hurting us drastically. With the Heat the past 10 days or so even worse. We need the air conditioning inside.
In order to minimize our costs, we have decided to change our hours effective July 9th. The Pub will open at 3;OO pm Tues thru Fri at 3:00 instead of 11. We mill keep these hours until we can open the inside.

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Sub w/FF
Wednesday: Pulled Pork BBQ Sandwich w/FF
Thursday: Grilled Reuben w/FF
Friday: Your Choice of Burger w/FF

The FEMA rep is out of the offic3 until July 1st.  I will schedule a meeting with him when he returns to discuss the revised appraisal.

So much for being business friendly.  My patience is pretty thin.  Unfortunately. there is nothing I can do at this point but say a prayer which I do a lot.
